• Conduct preliminary audit analyses for macro-processes;

• Supervise operational auditors to execute the audit program of audit mission;

• Review policies and procedures and perform the audit testing on key and complex

operational transactions;

• Review audit working paper and evidences of the assigned audit missions to make sure that completeness of audit finding, root cause, implication and recommendations are

well identified;

• Collect relevant and sufficient audit evidences related to specific process/

macro-process;

• Prepare briefing audit result and draft audit report;

• Provide on-the-job training to new operational auditors to comply with audit

procedures and programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting and Auditing, or equivalent;

• Minimum 2 years' experience relevant auditing, finance, operational and credit risk/methodology in a bank or financial institution is a plus;

• Skills of audit, operational/credit risk management, bank products/service, and

leadership;

• Good verbal and written communication English.
