• Repair broken tester if have problem and fix issue on Low FPY on

running models

• Analyze and debug / troubleshoot failed units /pcba

• Collaborate with Line Leaders and Test engineers on line/tester issue

• Review with test engineer regarding test set up condition and spare

parts.

• Perform and analyze tests set up to track results and make

improvements

• Perform tester calibration to ensure compliance at ETR/ Test Procedure

• Responsible for test set up based on test schedule and ensure

compliance

• Participate on meeting safety regulations and 5S implementation.

• Do PM (Preventive Maintenance) on testers and test fixture.

• Do job/work as assigned by immediate supervisor and manager.

• Able to multitask, flexible, and can in shifting with longer hours (OT)

• Preferably male and can speak little English.

• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge

• Knowledge on Electronics parts and can debug / repair failed unit /

pcba.

• Able to take initiative with minimum supervision

• In-depth understanding and can read/interpret electrical ckt diagram

• Technical school degree and certification for technicians

• At least 1 to 2 yrs of experience as a Technician in Electronics company

• Knowledge on computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)

• Able to understand instructions and communicate effectively

• Knowledge on EMS / Electronics company process , 5S and Safety

standard
