- Perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and inspection of equipment under warranty and service

agreement

- Provide basic operation training and product knowledge to end-users and customers

- Attend service training and improve communication and negotiation skills

- Find out the strengths and weaknesses of the products and competitors

- Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports of service activities

- Maintain company properties and good communication with internal/external customers and vendors

- Assist clinical service manager with service estimation and quotation

- Service engineers are responsible to develop service methods that lead customers extended service agreement

after expired warranty, to achieve TSS financial service targets

- Comply with company rule & regulation, quality of work environment and safety through KAIZEN & 5S

- To perform other related tasks as assigned by superior.
