- Work closely with business function staff and management to

understanding each process of the business

- Identify the control weakness and control gap of each process of the

business

- Propose new control to close the gap found during the understanding each process of the business

- Document each process of the business in hard file by highlight the

key risk in each process and the control should be implemented to

mitigate the risk

- Follow up the business function to ensure the agreed Risk and Control Register Framework has been implemented

- Document the finding of control breakdown by business function of

not adhering to agreed Risk and Control Register Framework.

- Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance or pursuing ACCA

- 1 to 2 years experiences in external or internal audit or risk

management function

- Have some knowledge of risks identification and assessment

- Have some knowledge of control frameworks and the ability to design and evaluate effectiveness of controls embedded within business

processes

- Be honest, highly committed, and flexible

- Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in team

- Fluent in written and spoken Khmer and English, Chinese is a plus.
