- Collect relevant documents of loan application to ensure completely

required

- Check and evaluate the collateral value before submitting to the

management for making a final decision to maintain a secure LVR.

- Report and analyze the stages of credit affairs to find the negative

phenomenon which could cause credit risks.

- Check, review and make the Credit Screen report to all loan

documents that receive from borrower and then make reports send

to manager in charge for making the approval.

- Perform and action for any loan which could cause any suspect due

to capacity repayment and funding purpose. - Review and advice

related to legal document before loan disbursement.

- Daily, weekly, monthly report for managements

- Perform other related duties as required by line manager

- Bachelor’s degree Finance and Banking or equivalent professional

qualifications

- At least 3 years of working experience in credit screen or in banking

industry/Fin-Tech industry

- Understanding about Credit/Loan policy/procedure- Understanding

about loan management system.- Understanding about credit

assessment method- Knowledge in risk control in loan (secured loan/

unsecured loan) - Knowledge in type of documents in loan application- Strong in negotiation skill, communication skill, coaching feedback,

motivation, problem solving- High Level of Data analysist and Data

management skills.
