- Answer customer’s inquiries related to LOLC products and services.

- Maintain close relationship with all walk-ins either customer or

management and staff.

- Handle customer issues and complaint (on phone, face-to-face and

email).

- Receive feedback and suggestion from customer as well as escalate

to supervisor for further action.

- Identify customer’s needs to drive the best solution to meet

customer’s expectation andsatisfaction.

- Follow up with concern departments and/or branches to make sure

all complaints are resolved on time.

- Conduct out-going calls survey and SMS broadcast to customer for

Marketing campaign/promotion.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

- Bachelor Degree in marketing, business administration, management, public relation or equivalent.

- At least 1 year experience in customer service, receptionist, and call ce nter or help desk capacity required.

- Good English.

- Self-motivated individual with excellent inter-personal skill, Good

relationship with the public and ability to work under pressure.

- Good at problem solving and complaint management skills.

- Good at selling and communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email.

- Honest and excellent character with high commitment to work with

and help poor people or willing to travel to any provinces.
