• Manage the whole recruitment processes include: developing

announcement, screening applications, shortlisting and interview.

• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

• Shortlist candidates following job requirements and implement

recruitment process to ensure potential talents are selected.

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection

tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

• Assisting successful candidates with the on boarding process,

including preparing documents.

• Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like short

listing callbacks or rejection emails.

• Perform other tasks assign by immediate supervisor.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or other related

fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR or related field.

• Ability to work with confidential and classified information.

• Good at Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good in written communication, and report-writing skills in English.

• Have a growth mindset with positive attitude.
