- Ensuring timely performance of internal audit work for both comprehensive and surprise audits.

- Quickly update the supervisor if there is any suspicious case discovered.

- Prepare a draft internal audit correction plan on findings and discuss those deficiencies and findings with the direct

supervisor.

- Provide a final report to the direct supervisor with recommendations for appropriate improvement for internal controls and rectification of highlighted weaknesses.

- Prepare audit paperwork in accordance with standards and requirements.

- Conduct audit follow-up mission to perform appropriate testing, evaluation, and verification to determine the adequacy, effectiveness, and timeliness of actions taken by management and staff on audit findings.

- Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

- University degree in Accounting/Finance/Audit or other related fields.

- At least 1 year of audit experience or 2 years of work in Bank/Insurance experience is a plus.

- Honesty, high commitment, patience, dynamics, and friendliness.

- Abide by the internal audit code of ethics.

- Ability to work independently, excellent negotiating, influencing, and analytical skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening and interpreting skills.

- English proficiency, both written and spoken, (Chinese is a plus)

- Computer literacy (Microsoft office word, excel)

- Ability to cope with pressure and to work flexibly.

- Willingness to travel to provinces.
