- Check Architectural Drawing 2D & 3D (Building and Landscape).

- Check Finishing Architect work at Site (ID Work Design, Ceiling, Wall, and Floor).

- Facilitate work with Sub Contractors at Site.

- Do the Report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

- Support Team Works to finish the Jobs.

- Identify and highlight possible risk on project.

- Basing on the main plan, to make detail plan (construction schedule, material and equipment

schedule, manpower schedule, etc.)

- To ensure that the site have adequate resources to complete the tasks.

- Prepare, monitor and control progress schedule whether each item is completed on time or not.

- Prepare and combine reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).

- Communicate and coordinate with other departments.

- Ability to quickly solve problem happening on site.

- Ability to read design drawing and specification.

- Another task assigned by Chairman.

- Bachelor Degree of architecture construction

- Have Design certificate is an advantage.

- Proficient in the use of work-related software: Sketchup, AutoCAD.

- Experience at least 2 years related to requirement.
