- Conduct field layouts and surveying activities.

- Good knowledge in Land survey, Contour survey using total station and Latest Survey techniques.

- Conducting topographic surveys to gather data for construction design .

- Operating the Total Station instrument to measure distances, angles, and elevations.

- Recording survey data accurately and efficiently and preparing necessary reports.

- Performing quality control checks on survey data to ensure accuracy.

- Maintaining and calibrating survey equipment.

- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to meet project requirements.

- Creating a survey sketch based on the physical survey and related documents.

- Interpreting and preparing maps, plans, and other technical drawings.

- In-depth understanding of contour maps, sketching, and levels.

- Perform other duties assigned by Chairman.

- 5 years of experience as a Field Surveyor in residential projects with a certification or degree in Surveying or a related field, and have experience in using Total Station instruments for building and construction surveys.

- Knowledge of software applications such as AutoCAD and MS Excel is mandatory.

- Good communication, understanding of construction drawings in English Language.

- Problem-solving and organizational skills are essential for this role
