- Checking the product in office and warehouse

- Preparing weekly and monthly inventory report

- Controlling on product stock in-out and daily key-in to inventory system

- Preparing for PO procedure to oversea

- Summit Application form or order form from the HQ & working with logistic

- Checking and preparing document for product clearance import

- Counting stock by weekly and monthly

- Well prepare and checking once product arrival

- Check all the receipt that we dept. products for customer

- Check product expire and arrange the flow for PO submission

- Follow up all process of the product In transit

- Follow up all product pending order from the distributor.

- Bachelor degree in related field will be encouraged

- Have experience related field will be encouraged

- Good behaviors, personality, honestly and integrity

- Be able to English in writing and speaking

- Be able to use Microsoft word and excel, computer application, and email

- Good communication, team work and friendly

- Responsible on working duties
