• Makes the design of interior and exterior work for building improvement.

• Seeks out concepts to design and improve landscaping work.

• Makes plans and assures problem-solving with maintenance staff.

• Solves all occurring problems in the hospital during operation time.

• Checks and inspects the equipment running time to determine the preventive maintenance plan.

• Supervises maintenance staff for preventive maintenance as scheduled.

• Responds immediately to emergency situations, equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting, and electrical and mechanical problems.

• Studies operation manuals and investigates failure from troubleshooting.

• Performs other jobs which will be assigned from time to time.

• Makes daily reports to supervisor for data check sheet.

• Performs other tasks assigned by manager and/or general manager.

• Holding bachelor's degree in Engineering with more than 2 years of experience

• Ability to use AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Corel draw, AI, or other designing programs

• Language ability: fluent in Khmer and good command of English

• Willing to learn new things, improve knowledge and continue learning

• Ability to build good interpersonal relationships and work well in a team

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and prioritize job tasks
