• As the General Manager of the division, you will be in-charge of building the business from start

• You will decide the best location(s) for retail stores, and hire the team to run the business

• You will partner with electronics distributors to bring in various brands and types of electronics, and negotiate the best price margins for the company

• You will hire a team sales and operations staff to run the day-to-day operations, 7 days a week, and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

• You will build a back-office team that will manage all inventory, purchasing, and finance aspects of the business

• You will recommend various systems and processes to ensure high employee productivity and efficiency, and the best possible service to customers

• You will work with the company’s microfinancing division to ensure customers can get financing for consumer electronics as fast as possible

• Preferably of Cambodian nationality, must be able to speak and write English and Khmer fluently

• Strong knowledge in the Cambodian electronics distribution business is a must

• Familiar with inventory management systems and tools

• Minimum 5 years working in import, distribution, or retail of consumer and household electronics

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or managerial position, and managing a large team (at least 30 people)

• Able to operate with a fast-paced and start-up mentality; able to experiment various strategies, learn and adapt

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and strong skillset in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
