• Assist branches and departments in monitoring and reporting risk and loss event data as well as conduct investigation if require.

• Assist branches and departments in conducting risk control self-assessment (RCSA).

• Assist product planning department in conducting risk assessment on new products and activities.

• Assist branches and departments in developing and managing Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) on a monthly basis.

• Assist Head of Department in preparing materials for monthly ALCO meeting.

• Conduct liquidity stress test and report to NBC on a timely manner.

• Review and provide feedback on policies/guidelines/process workflows prepared by other departments.

• Assist Head of Department in writing and reviewing relevant policies/guidelines/process workflows to ensure they are up-to-date.

• Raises awareness of risk management for all the bank’s staff.

• Do others task assigned by the Unit Supervisor/Deputy Head/Head of Department.

• Bachelor degree or above in Banking, Finance, Business Management or related field.

• Minimum two-year experience in banking sector, including at least one-year experience in Risk Management field.

• Full understanding of Risk Management, including but not limited to Operational Risk, Liquidity Risk and Market Risk Management.

• Good knowledge of front & back-office processes and procedures as well as related controls.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact and influence at all levels.

• Finance-related certification is an advantage.

• Good at problem solving skill & be open-minded.

• Good command of Khmer and English in both written and spoken; Chinese is a plus.

• Good knowledge of computer literacy.
