** Duties & Responsibilities

- Understand the company’ products, services, intellectual property (on parts of marketing), directions, and work processes

- Support and partner with Marketing Executive to deliver designs on time

- Study design briefs and determine requirements

- Comply designs with intellectual property and brand identity (logos, slogan, colors, etc.)

- Conceptualize visuals and develop illustrations, images, graphics, logos, other designs, and layouts that suits Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C)

- Meet and discuss with project stakeholders, prepare rough drafts and present ideas of design

- Test or pilot graphics

- Review and revise graphics after feedback

- Monitor competitors’ designs, marketing projects and activities to benchmark creative designs that help employer branding through effective brand awareness, interest, loyalty, and adding values to the business

- Assist Marketing Executive to administer Digital Marketing platforms on social media (mainly Facebook pages and posts) and other platforms

- Assist Marketing Executive to monitor and measure engagements and feedback on marketing strategies and techniques

- Assist Marketing Executive to explore, negotiate, participate, coordinate and evaluate third parties or vendors on various marketing projects and marketing materials (POSM) e.g. publishing calendar, umbrella, leaflets, backdrop, banners

- Attend, participate and engage in Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) activities, booth exhibitions, new products development, product launches

- Prepare reports regularly

- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager

** Essential Qualifications

- Higher education degree of IT, Graphic Design, or related fields

- Familiarity with design software and technologies e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Premier, Animation, etc.)

- Good portfolio of illustrations

- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Outlook) and Internet surfing

- Ability to adopt design thinking and critical thinking in phases of work

- Knowledge of studying demography, market research, and statistics would be additional advantage

- Good communication skills in English and Khmer for business purposes

- Being attentive to details

- Good sense of service and professional service delivery

- Ability to draw and implement new ideas
