 Design, implementation, support, monitoring and maintenance of AMK’s Data Centre, Disaster Recovery Site, and remote offices infrastructure and services, including server, storage, system backup and restoration, electrical supply (UPS, Generator), cooling and fire suppressant systems and ensuring availability of infrastructure services

 Develop standard documentation and roll out for communication server system, SAN/NAS storage, software and other computer related systems

 Serve as a liaison between other technical staff, department, users, and vendors regarding service requests, usage, standards, security, and other server system matters

 Provide subject matter expertise, advice and consultancy for assigned technology and infrastructure systems

 Collaborate on, or lead server and system projects through to successful implementation and hand over to operational support

 Manage the server and maintenance team efficiency support to user’s incidents within the agreed service level agreement (SLA)

 Manage internal and outsource maintenance team and ensure that equipment reside in Data Center, DR site, and all AMK’s offices are operating smoothly

 Define possible risks within network Infrastructure environment, recommend and coordinate with IT Security and Risk department to apply preventative plan

 Ensure system availability at no less than 99%

 Developing and coordinating the training program on IT infrastructure related

 Responsible to manage and develop new system and technology with organizational requirement.

Qualification and Experiences:

 At least Bachelor degree or equivalent on Computer Science or Information Technology;

 At least 3 years of server and technical support experience;

 Experienced in Microfinance or Banking sector is preferred;

 Experienced in hardware of server and storage with IBM, Cisco, NetApp and Oracle are preferred;

 Experience and knowledge in backup and recovery solutions, SAN, Virtualization System;

 Experience with Unix System, Oracle/Sun Solaris is desirable;

 Strong understanding of server structures with Microsoft Platform such as Window Server, Active Directory, File

Server, Skype for business, SharePoint, Exchange Server, SQL and Other advance features;

 Certified MCSA, MCSE and VMWare are preferred;

 Willing to work under pressure and travelling to province;

 Good communication, facilitation and good interpersonal skills;

 Prior experience with a 24/7 technical operational environment is highly desired;

 Good written and spoken English;

 Good in problem solving skills;

 Good in written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business;
