• Design and produce marketing materials across RTV Express company brands, products, and services such as leaflets, flyers, newsletters, posters, advertisements, presentations, invitations, business cards, logos, social media profiles, web images, etc.

• Create visual text and imagery concepts to satisfy audiences or potential customers through analyzing the audience or customer’s marketing needs.

• Prepare a monthly design plan for uploading onto social media including a Facebook page, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Mobile App flatform, website, etc.

• Draw and produce work arts, any icons, characters, background, and other material for supporting animation and advertisement video projects in the Animator Function.

• Generate/write interested and efficient content for posting on the social media platform.

• Work closely with IT Function to manage the password and user names and regularly check the security of social media platforms.

• Regularly upload the advertisement material to promote RVT Express’s brand and delivery services.

• Reply to the questionnaires and comments from customers in the chat box or other applications with a professional attitude.

• Support team or staff to take a photo/video while RTV express organizes the exposure events, anniversary, etc.

• Prepare a plan to take some photos/footage as an asset for future design for use by other departments.

• Edit photos/footage to ensure all design assets are good quality and acceptable

• Assist another department in being a field visit to support the photography technically and live on the social media platform, if requires.

• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.

• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.

• Ensure final product is kept safe in Drive, internal hard drive, USB, cloud, etc.

• Responsible for clearing the outstanding invoice to the finance team on time

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, certificate of Graphic Design or other relevant qualification

• Other relevant training in related field

• Minimum 2 years working with NGO/Private company on graphic design and social media.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Suites tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), CorelDraw Graphic Suite, Cinema 4D – updated version.

• Experience in using digital tools (camera, smartphone, iPad, Tablet, drawing pad…etc.)

• Ability to speak and design English

• Knowledge of typography (Khmer and English)

• Experience designing for print and/or the web.

• Photography and videography skills

• Able to execute different projects at the same time and work well under pressure
