- Understand the distinctions between nonresidential and residential in terms of building codes and structure formation

- Structural Planning Plan daily structural work and materials

- Manage or supervisor sub-contractors and labors to meet an established plan.

- Computer skill: Microsoft Project

- Solve all routine structural problems on site

- Execute technical instructions from design and schedule from planning

- Check Quality of Structure

- Do formwork cleaning and check concrete cover with compliance structure standard

- Understand the process of rebar installation formwork installation and casting concrete

- Check and assess the quality of concrete and rebar and formwork strengthening

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Project Management/Civil/Structure Engineering;

- Minimum 02 years of work experience as site engineer or other relevant experience;

- Computer software literacy – MS Office/MS Project/CAD/Structural design software.

- Good verbal and written communication for both English and Khmer.

- Good knowledge of project management skill

- Good communication skill

- Good technical skill.

- Good working attitude, detail oriented and problem-solving skill.
