- Create and plan the schedule for each project, understand & manage changes to the project plan.

- Liaising closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on all construction drawing approval drawing match on site works.

- Develop and prepare architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications.

- Reporting on the jobs progress and drawing completion to PM and SM.

- Draw to complete customer approval on our drawings & Draft plans and detailed drawings.

- Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data & site visiting vs. actual with drawing region.

- Coordinate designs (ID & MEP) and communicate with franchisor from Thailand & local EFG team.

- Review/Approve design draw from subcon. Check this against MEP designs and see if there are issues.

- Review/Approve materials submittals and specifications.

- Check ID contractors’ works at site.

•Bachelor degree or Master degree in Architecture and other equivalent degree.

•At least 3 years (Architecture),5 years (senior) of working experiences.

•Be able to use computer application(2D, 3D, 3D Max, Sketch up, Google Sketch Up, Modeling and V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office),

•Be able to organize the project.

•Have a logical, analytical and creative approach to solve problem

•Have good presentation skills.

•Have good oral and written in Khmer and English, Chinese (Priority).

•Have good negotiation skills, Communication skills, interpersonal skills; and problem solving skills.

•Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under pressure.
