• Prepare architectural design based on design requirements

• Convert design sketches to create technical building details that meet quality parameters, project schedules, and budget requirements.

• Perform programming, code surveys, materials and building systems surveys, place program components, calculate program and building area

• Creation of standard office drawings

• Conduct site surveys and field tests to accurately document existing and new construction conditions.

• Use CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop & In-Design, MS Office, Rendering and more.

• Revise and update the design based on management review comments.

• Maintain all documents related to building design and construction conditions.

• Manage and execute design tasks in a timely manner. • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high quality, innovative and functional designs.

• Formulate ideas based on client needs, building use and environmental impact

• Carry out all other duties, responsibilities and initiatives that contribute to the company's success

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, or other equivalent degree.

• At least one year of his professional experience in a similar position;

• Ability to use computer applications (2D, 3D, 3D Max, Sketch up, Google Sketch Up, Modeling and V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office).

• Can organize projects.

• Have a logical, analytical and creative approach to problem solving.

• Have good presentation skills.

• Good oral and written proficiency in Khmer and English.

• Have excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. and problem-solving skills.
