* Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Teaching to enlighten the students and generate their interest to discover.

• Obtaining excellent rating from students for effective teaching and student care.

• Attending to the daily student matters for the smooth conduct of classes and school activities to support academic performance

• Developing assessments for teaching subjects before the study term begins

• Attending all academic QA meetings before, during and after the study term to review, propose and enhance the curriculum.

• Maintaining proper record of student attendance, conduct and individual performance for intervention strategy, if required.

• Coordinating the pre- and post- stages of each teaching semester, including course planning, resources management and class scheduling with the academic schools and QA dept.

• Acting as subject leaders when appointed to guide and support other lecturers in similar course discipline.

• For Business and Management subjects teaching – Minimum a Master/MBA degree in the specialised fields of teaching.

• At least 4 years teaching experience in the fields/ disciplines at Higher education level is a must.

• Subject expert with the keenness to conduct regular research to improve the subject contents and curriculum.

• Effective teaching techniques for active learning with student-led learning approach

• Possess good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

• Strong work ethics, responsible and a passion for teaching.

• Available to those non-natives already living in Cambodia with valid employment visa and work permit.
