1. Initiate and ensures the implementation of corporate-wide initiatives/projects related to social performance management, including preparation of proposals for Social Responsibility Programs to SPM Committee and senior management for their consideration and selection.

2. Assist in preparing presentation materials for Board of Directors (BOD) and Shareholders meetings.

3. Prepare and keep records of minutes of meetings of the BOD, shareholders and other stakeholders (as necessary).

4. Lead the follow up of BOD’s resolutions and decisions.

5. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head of CP&SPM.

 University Degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration or other related fields.

 At least 3 years supervisor-level experience, with Microfinance or other financial institution is a plus

 Knowledge in legal/regulatory requirements in banking and financial sector is a plus

 Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 Fluent in Khmer and English (oral and written)

 Computer literacy (specifically in MS Word, Excel, Power-point, Internet and E-mail. Knowledge of Jot form is a plus).

 Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior and trustworthiness.

 High level of commitment.
