Job Description

1. Attend internal DD styles design pack/ Tech pack meeting and after VC meeting's handover meeting.  

1.1 Design pack meeting.  According to the customer's design sketch, with the technician/pattern team to discuss style construction and potential risk and feedback to CCPD during the VC meeting. 

1.2 Tech Pack Meeting   Discuss together with sample sewing team /pattern team for construction, and engineering method, quality and costing saving suggestion, prepare and provide the first PES. When technician have VC meeting feedback to CCPD. 

1.3 After VC Meeting .  Discuss the construction detail for each style, ensure CR1 and CR2 sample have correct method and quality

2.0  Internal analyze risk for new order. 

2.1 Decide the sewing workmanship: some parts cut in roll in pattern/using interlining parts cut in roll in pattern/using interlining position/interlining type /elastic height/needle gauge for waistband/folder testing information. 

2.2 Identify the high , middle low risk for new style. 

2.3 Suggestions will be made when the AD required workmanship will effect the bulk production and make suggestions on cost before make CR1 sample.

3.0 Thread shade coordinates with the costing team  

3.1 During CR2 stage (heather, AOP, mélange)fabric assist the consumption team in color shading.

4.0 Follow up sample development process. 

4.1 Make mockup for difficult construction for sample room to follow. 

4.2 If the suggestion methods save cost, submit mockup to merchandiser for a customer approval. Give this to the Technical team to enter this information into PWT system 

4.3 During Pre-sell & SMS sampling follow up to ensure the methods using folders / guides are in place & used correctly.

5.0 Test the 3 stripes based on risk identified, Testing for compatibility of main body fabrics & 3stripe. 

5.1 Go to warehouse and collect fabric . Trims etc.. 

5.2 Test woven 3 stripes with straight cut versus straight cut with woven interlining.  

5.3 Test woven 3 stripes on knit body fabric & knit 3 stripes on Woven body.

6.0  Work with Engineering team to improve machine equipment and make sure it can save cost. 

6.1 Re-engineering for difficulty construction to ensure the application of best practice method in bulk. 

6.2 Cooperate with mechanic for folder testing before SMS sample. 

6.3 Make GSD video with correct machine setting and folder (if needed).

7.0  Attend the sample Review & Comments meeting. 

7.1 Discuss problems that meet during make sample, ensure pattern, accessories and costing correctly. 

7.2 Follow up any concern, quality issue or difficult construction which may have been found during sample sewing. 

7.3 Testing for quality problem and difficult construction, and follow up the result.

8.0 Sealing Sample  

8.1 Follow up during sealing sample making ensure sealing sample1 100% reflection production method and quality.

9.0 Work with IE team to make the GSD video of correct sewing method to ensure calculates correct cost. 

9.1 Make GSD video with correct machine setting and folder for bulk reference 9.2 Assist IE to make the OB  

9.3 Upload critical handling methods on BTM dashboard 

10.0 EOHSMS Roles & Responsibilities 

10.1 Adhere to all environment, safety rules and requirements set by the company. 

10.2 Report all Environmental, Health and Safety non- conformance to immediate Supervisor or EHS Officer. 

10.3 Provide and support Environmental, Health & Safety Improvement.
