 Create visual communications such as adverts, branding, and publicity materials for the company.

 Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website.

 Conduct appropriate market research on competitors and report to line manager for every 3 months.

 Regularly check company’s email box and respond to client’s request/ complain and refer to the person in charge

 Manage company’s subscription accounts and memberships. Ensure payment/renewal or non- renewal proceed to the vendors on time

 Propose any possible ideas to promote ODI services on social media pages, website and other channels

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, international relation, or another related field

 Good understanding of office management.

 Ability to work independently on projects

 Creative, dynamic, high commitment and result orientated

 Good English proficiency in both written and verbal communication

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, photoshop
