Job Description

1. Assist the Construction Manager to manage the day-to-day working, utilization, implementation, and technical consultants engaged on the assigned construction project, and follow up work progress as per schedule.

2. Familiarize all project latest drawing and specification, approved material and method statement.

3. Control and arrange the work for subcontractors & general workers.

4. Checking the work quality and avoid mistakes/defects.

5. Monitoring and setting out works that are required at project site.

6. Monitoring general safety work, housekeeping and site cleanliness.

7. Report progress on projects by suitable media to sector management, maintain and update project reporting.

8. Develop contacts with senior staff, directors, and other influential staff within each account during the implementation phase.

9. Checking site material inventory and making purchase request as per site schedule.

10. Contact suppliers and stakeholders for the required materials for the project and manage properly the material inventory at site.

11. Arrange schedule for inspection with consultant and rectify as per comment.

12. Prepare any payment report and record all spending on site.

13. Prepare project as-built drawings.

15. To strictly follow instruction of the Construction Manager and report daily work status to the Construction Manager.

16. Other instructions from supervisor.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Civil Engineer and other equivalent degree.

- Experiences at least 3 year related to Site Engineer

- Excellent communication and negotiation skill in English

- Computer skills required: Microsoft Windows environment, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Mail.
