Job Description

-To be aware of installation methods & correct sequence of work

-Prepare reports, drawings and technical specifications

-To be aware of installation methods & correct sequence of work

-Liaise with service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction.

-To be understandable of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems

-Familiar with design of MEP

-Generate brief program with PM and meet project deadlines

-To monitor the construction progress and control the quality of MEP works to be completed within allowed time and budget.

-Responsibility includes preparation of COMBINED SERVICES shop drawings including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical etc., Employee responsibility also includes design works, Quantity takes off, preparation of As Built drawings etc.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical

-Proven track record for 02 – 03 years in a MEP role for design consultant/main contractor

-Knowledge and experience in design and construction of the MEP systems

-Excellent communication and negotiation skill in English

-Computer skills required: Microsoft Windows environment, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Mail.
