• Responsible for monitoring and supporting daily operation of online and office network

• Monitoring and ensure network and system are running smoothly

• Update daily and monthly incident report then submit to supervisor and IT Manager

• Repair and maintenance for all departments if needed

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more

• Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems

• Responding to breakdowns

• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults

• Maintaining records of software licenses

_ A Bachelor’s Degree in information Technology and or related fields.

_Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interpretive environment.
