3-Follow up all the subordinate’s activities to make sure they abide according to policy.

4-Provide the training to them, analyzing, and smart to solve the problem happening as well.

5-Strengthening the communication with the subordinate and customers.

6-To co-ordinate with all Departments.

7-Forward daily, weekly and monthly reports to management.

8-To co-ordinate to all the situations happening.

9-Abilities to work without direct supervision.

10-Conducts a team briefing and follow the structure are progress, policy, plan the people and point action.

11-To do other jobs assigned by management.

12-Monitor the punctuality of staff check in and check out.

13-Provide the feedback to staff on their performance, handle disciplinary the problem and counsel employees with supervisors.

14-To keep on alert all staffs for safety protection of our casino from, being robbed.

15-Assist to cage department for their chips transaction by timely.

16-Instruct to all staffs on duty to cover all pits, including other internal areas to prevent all kinds of unwilling incidents.

17-Arranging the staff’s regular meeting to listening their problems, try to solve with justification and make further program to improve the department quality.
