***RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (Logistic Manager):

1. To review, approve and dis-approve the qualification of Freight forwarders and Shipping agents and ensure the selected sources are the suppliers who will meet the delivery, quality and cost objectives.

2. To lead the negotiation with Freight forwarders and Shipping agents to obtain good competitive price towards the market condition.

3. To follow up for the shipments confirmation, and ensure the materials are delivered according to the commitment

4. To resolve the problems from the damage and lost of shipments.

5. To follow up for the bank guarantee refund.

6. To approve the billing of the freight, clearance charge, and other logistic expenses.

7. To assist Trafic oficers to resolve the price discrepancy

8. To review and approve premium freight with justifications, and/or resolve it

9. To inform all concerns of the freight forwarders and market situations that are related to freight cost, lead time, government and airlines' regulation changes. And lead to the actions

10. To improve the logistics supply e.g. supplier consolidation, shipment consolidation, new logistics locations. Etc.

11. To do the forwarders and shipping agent performance review and feedback them to improve towards the company objectives.

12. To drive the supplier development activities

13. To review and approve the supplier dis-qualification proposal and/or resolve it

14. To maximize the utilization of resources to achieve the higher productivity

15. TO motivate his/her subordinates to achieve the Company’s goals and objectives

16. To perform other assignments per supervisor's instructions

17. To feedback all potential problems encountered to supervisor and/or Director

***RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (Quality Assurance Engineer):

1. To assure the product quality in each station such as in-process and out-going to comply with the quality standards or customer requirements.

2. To cooperate with the shop floor and the concerned departments to achieve the quality target through the quality improvement team activities.

3. To keep, control, follow up, record, and report the quality performance then solve the problems with the concerned as a team.

4. Transfer know-how and provide leadership in quality activities.

5. To provide and ensure the visual aids, tools, instructions, or technical support to shop-floor in the detection of quality problem.

6. Responsible to issue stop and release production/shipment in case of the productions are out of control processes or non-reliable processes and quality feedback/compliant for immediately correct action to achieve continuous improvement and meet customer satisfaction.

7. Respond to the quality complaints, do the corrective actions, and follow up and maintain the actions.

8. Timely perform the product evaluation run and product development. Assist trainer, QA supervisor, quality information system (QIS), and document control in the technical and data aimed at the quality.

9. To review the SPC from the stable processes capability and make the appropriate change as and when required.

10. Responsible to establish, review, or update all details in the quality control plan.

11. Responsible to plan and perform manufacturing process audits and product audits and include such layout inspection and functional testing (automotive products) as required.

12. Responsible to collect all information data and prepare FAS, product & process verification, and validation reports.

13. Respond to issue material purge notice, call meeting, distribute of information to all concerned department, follow up, and close purge notice, and maintenance ISO system requirements.

14. Perform other jobs as assigned by the superior

Education: Bachelor

Special Skills: Certified in Logistics or Purchasing is a plus. Inbound and Outbound shipments, BOI and Free Zone regulations are required.

English communication is a must
