***Job Description: Warehouse Manager

1. To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.

2. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee performance.

3. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.

4. Ensure that shipments and inventory transactions are more accuracy.

5. Communicate job expectations and coach employees.

6. Instruct and guide operators to work follow the procedures and discipline.

7. Determine staffing levels and assign workload.

8. Encourage the subordinates to keep informed on all relevant matters.

9. Interface with customers to answer the questions or solve problems.

10. Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.

11. Identify areas of improvement and develop innovation or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

12. Keep good communication and coordinate activities with other departments.

13. Coordinate with the necessary support group to ensure that warehousing objectives are material, achieve optimum costs, and inventory control.

14. To maximize the utilization of manpower and equipment to achieve high productivity.

15. To motivate the subordinates to achieve the goal of the warehouse and company.

16. Keep feedback to superiors, colleagues, and support groups on matters requiring attention.

17. Maintain and update transactions into the warehouse system.

18. Other tasks as assigned by superior
