• Troubleshooting issues or problems escalated to the department

• Provide daily support as and when required

• Conduct team and individual knowledge and skill gap analysis

• Involved in the preparation of training course

• Measure effectiveness of courses and improvements in employees’ job performance

• Raise the competency and standard of technical workforce

•Conduct product, service, hardware and software related research and knowledge transfer

• Prepare presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment

• Communicate with industry experts and organize workshops or classroom-style training

• Remain updated on new technology applications

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Certificate in Automotive,Technical, Mechanical or Machinery or relevant fields.

• 1 to 2years experience in related field is preferable

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language

• Good command in English is a must, Thai is a plus

• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,

• Able to be flexible, adaptable, and problem-solve

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Ability to work under tight deadline and pressure
