- Control and handle workers

- Site works inspection

- Checking and preparing site report

- Manage and allocate all structural works

- Supervise and monitor the site labor force and the work any subcontractors

- Ensuring that all materials used and work perform are as specifications

- Ensure that all company’s assets must be well controlled

- Highly accountable for losses and damages

- Other works assigned by the company

- English literacy is required (Chinese is a plus)

- Computer literacy (Microsoft office, Microsoft project)

- Strong commitment and work patience 

- Bachelor Degree or certificate related field

- Understanding about décor work

- At least 3 years experience of site control

- Be able to manage work at site

- Team work, honest, hardworking

- High critical thinking, high problem solving

- Sub-contractor workforce quality management

- Strong leadership and well organizing

- Over 30 years old
