Job Description

• Work independently and cooperatively on projects with marketing team, to develop marketing and communication materials for internal and external

audiences across diverse projects (e.g. newsletters, social media, posters, signage, branded community events & programmes, website collateral, and others);

• Conceptualise and propose visual direction and execution of projects such as

campaign creatives, photography, physical installations, interiors and other

relevant materials

• Collaborate with team to develop content with intentional usage of elements such as colour, text, font, imagery, and layout

• Present design work at various stages to team members for review and final approval

• Obtain input from stakeholders, ensuring designs meet project expectations and standard, and represent the brand accurately

• Independently present new visual ideas, references and inspirations for campaigns, pop-ups or artwork

• Consistently strong and diverse project portfolio

• Timely delivery of artwork projects

• Audience influence and response (e.g. social media following and engagement,

audience feedback for event)

Job Requirements

• 3+ years in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative agency or in-house marketing department

• Strong portfolio of work, showcasing design capabilities across a variety of

platforms, channels and media

• Strong conceptual skills, ability to propose and develop innovative, creative and

dynamic ideas

• Quick thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions

• Photography and illustration experience is a bonus

• Interest in architecture, arts, design, culture, global affairs is preferred

• Good sense of design, colours, layout and typograph;

• Proficiency in preferred design software i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.

Lightroom and video editing software (optional);

• Good command of English communication both verbal and written
