- Lead and manage The Mall Company technical team

- Maintain technical equipment and facilities inside malls and ensure they function well with safety

- Prepare maintenance schedules for facilities inside mall to ensure all work well with safety

- Provide recommendations to improve technical design issue inside mall if needed

- Assign team to do maintenance as per schedule such as generator, air conditioner, booster pump, transfer pump, electrical panel, firefighting system

- Follow-up with contractors to fix problems when needed

- Arrange technical team to do repairs if any facility is damaged or need to repair

- Prepare water and electrical consumption report

- Training team how to operate and maintain facility inside mall well and with safety

- Support to tenant if they have emergency problem

- Review and approve drawings for tenant fit-out works

- Ensure tenants follow fit-out guide rules and process

- Coordination with landlord for approving and processing tenant fit-out drawings

- Assign team and coordinate with tenant contractor to ensure they follow drawings

- Do inspection of fit-out works to ensure no defects to the building

- Maintain good relations with clients, owners and tenants

- Technical qualification in engineering, mechanical or electrical or related fields

- Experience working with the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire equipment

- Knowledge or experience of the tenant fit-out process

- Computer skills AutoCad, Microsoft Word and Excel

- Good communication skills

- Khmer Language with English as an advantage
