Job Description

• Carries out a study or research on sample products and / or product information provided by customer, in order to design production process, establish reject criteria and specification, and arrange necessary training process.

• Inspects and tests newly ordered machine equipment in order to ensure their capabilities to run mass production. Such as inspection machine yield , machine unit per hour, machine up-down-time, machine reliability, etc.

• Carries out a study and inspection on existing machines, equipment and production process in order to develop them to achieve to achieve better yield and product quality.

• Asses machine capacity as well as effectiveness or production against the established standard measurement as to develop guidance or method to increase production yield and to decrease production cost.

• Establishing the detailed specifications and execute production plans
