JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Coordinates, establishment, implementation and maintenance of quality system that are comply to the requirements of international standards and customers requirement.

2. Leads the team of internal audit and coordinates 3rd party audit inclusive of audit proceedings, corrective and preventive action review and response, verification of effectiveness of corrective / preventive actions to ensure that all activities are carried out based on documented procedures, work instructions and customer requirement.

3. Supervises document control section to ensure all controlled documents are up to date and Document On Line System (DOLS) is well maintained.

4. Cooperate with training section to develop quality awareness program.

5. KPI reporting on QuEST Forum website regarding to TL9000 requirement.

6. Monitor KPIs at relevant functions, levels and processes needed for the quality management system include plan to achieve KPIs and communicate company’s KPI to all concerned.

7. Participates in the company’s quality improvement program.

8. Complies with the company’s rule, regulation and procedures.

9. Follow ESD standard, Safety standard concerning level of noise, hazard, pollution etc. to ensure safety operation of machines and operators.

10. Performs other tasks assign by manager.

Job Requirements

** KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical /Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Physics, Science or equivalent.

• Knowledge in QMS (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and TL9000).

** SKILL

• Experience 3-5 Years in quality field.

• Strong leadership.

• Good communication skill.

• Good technical writing skill.

• Excellent analytical skill and problem solving skill.

• Proficient in computer skill (MS Office, Minitab).

ABILITY

• Proficient in English both oral and written communication.

• Understand statistical tools and techniques.

• Proficient in Quality tools (Ex. QC 7 Tools, SPC, MSA, KAIZEN, QCC)
