Key Responsibilities

●Process loan applications and analyze customer quality by checking customer income, customer profile, repayment history, etc.

●Communicate with customer to collect relevant documents for loan processing and analysis

●Perform CBC (Cambodia Credit Bureau) checks and prepare loan files for submission for approval, as per loan policy guideline

●Ensure that all required documents are collected and completed for loan approval

●Explain to customers different loan options available that will best meet their requirements

●Communicate status of loan file to customers, dealers, and sales

●Monthly incentives given for reaching targets, and phone card allowance

●Any bachelor degree Business or any related field

●At least 2 years working experience in Banking & Finance industry, with knowledge in loans department

●Basic knowledge in credit underwriting and disbursing loans

●Fluent in spoken and written English and Khmer

●Strong in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Email

●Good customer service and communication skill

●Ability to ensure documents are completed accurately and efficiently
