- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs

- Plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan

- Coordinating and supervising construction workers, subcontractors and work activities

- Preparing the site with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers and surveyors before the construction work starts;

- Selecting tools and materials (Make a test of the tools before decided to buy it)

- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety

- Checking and preparing site reports

- Assessing and minimizing risk

- Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up

- Maintaining quality control procedures

- Keeping staff motivated and focused

- Another task assigns by project manager or project director

- Bachelor Degree’s or Master Degree’s in Civil Engineering or other related fields

- At least 5 years’ experiences in related filed

- Exceptional ability to monitor construction project budgets and deadlines

- Advanced negotiation skills to procure cost-effective subcontractors and suppliers

- Experience in relaying detailed instructions to onsite construction teams

- Knowledgeable of construction safety regulations

- Good knowledge of building methods and regulations

- Decision-making ability and team motivation

- Good communication in English
