DESCRIPTIONS

Work closely with our internal and external clients to provide 1st line application support
Conduct analysis and troubleshooting to determine the root cause of the problems before escalating to relevant teams
Monitor systems and processes, through both automated and manual checks, to identify current or potential issues
Take ownership and ensure any identified current or potential issues are resolved, either directly or through escalation
Involve in supplier and manufacturer sourcing, quotation, costing and coordination up to product delivery
Take responsibility for the complete implementation of detailed technical items and an understanding/appreciation of system-level items
Perform site visits, site guidance, systems testing & commissioning.
Schedule repair/ maintenance jobs based on customer needs and contractual agreements

Jobs Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of similar experience in application support roles or customer-facing roles
Good understanding of embedded, analog / digital circuit, electrical / mechanical / environmental design considerations, protocol etc.
Good understanding of IoT wireless communication technologies
Good understanding of one scripting language (C, C++, Python, Bash, Go etc.)
Excellent hardware and application troubleshooting skills
Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive mindset, can-do attitude, and able to work under pressure.
A degree or diploma in electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineer, or any other related disciplines is preferred.
