Job Description

• Pre- Installation Prepare shop drawing for installation on site

• Prepare material and tools

• Review drawing and material available for site operation

• Ensure that tool and equipment are onsite for starting work

• MEP Installation Monitor quality of the Contractor’s construction installations

• Coordinate and supervise direct workers

• Undertake final project snagging and prepare list of defects for subcontractor’s action.

• Review Contractor’s ‘as built’ drawings

• Understand of guidelines and procedure for MEP work installations

• MEP Inspection Carry out inspection of works in progress

• Ensure contractor compliance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings

• Prepares daily inspection reports Receive, review, coordinate, track and process RFI’s Checks installed equipment, materials and workmanship.

• MEP Testing Assist with team to ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality of all systems.

• Understand of how to using testing tool properly

• Perform testing and commissioning activities of MEP project

• Review design drawings and highlight commission ability issues to design team and offer solutions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related fields

• Proficient in computer skills including Auto CAD

• Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results

• In-depth understanding of construction

• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

• Communication Skill

• Time management and ability to prioritize

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to deal with a variety of people comfortably and pleasantly
