A- KEY TASKS:

- Reporting to the Chairman or Vice-President;

- Managing the sale – advisory and customer service team;

- Mobilizing all information to ensure effective and profitable service;

- Implementing the business plan, and

- Arrange the strategy plan.

B- DUTIES:

- Leading the sales and customer service activities in the market;

- Managing the administrative employees;

- Controlling the cash record transaction (in/out), and

- Following up the customers.

C- RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Effective sale force;

- Efficiency of employee’s performance, and

- Accuracy in credit & bank policies.

- Age: 30-45 years;

- Min 05 years experiences in microfinance or banking operations as branch manager or operation manager;

- Ability to effectively communicate in English;

- Good understanding of Cambodian MFI/banking rules and regulations;

- Knowledge of risk management framework and regulatory reporting;

- At least BBA in Management, Finance and Banking, Accounting, Auditing and Economics, MBA is an asset;

- Honesty, initiative, creativity, flexibility, commitment and good inter-personal skills;

- Good working knowledge of computer (Ms. Office & Internet), and

- Problems solving and decision making skills.
