1. Treasury Related Task Management

- Ensure that bank payment requests are prepared correctly, comparing to supported documents such as amount, senders, receivers, etc.

- Monitor and support Treasury Officer to ensure timely payments are made

- Work with the Head of Treasury to meet the short-term funding requirement for Head Office and Branch level.

- Support Head of Treasury in preparing and updating lenders repayment schedule.

- Manage and monitor KIVA fund raising and Kiva report to relevant person.

- Monitor Treasury Officer’s work to ensure safe vault management is properly complied to Treasury policy/procedure.

- Ensure to follow and well implement the actions in accordance with finalized recommendation of both internal and external audit.

2. Report Management

- Comprehensively assist Head of Treasury in preparing ALM document such as Cash flow projection, Cash comparison, etc.

- Comprehensively assist Head of Treasury in preparing lender report: monthly, quarterly, yearly.

3. Other Supportive Services

- Provide appropriate troubleshooting to branches on the treasury related issues/matters.

- Support and conduct training to target staffs in term of treasury related functions.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in finance and banking or related fields.

- Experience: At least 1 year experience in finance or related fields, preferably in microfinance industry.

- Knowledge of law of taxation and other relevant government regulations.

- Language – at accepted English professional communication level: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

- Computer literacy – MS office, MS Outlook,

- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, teamwork, independent, and result oriented.

- Indicate ability to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per a number of different projects will be implemented at the same time.

- Have ability to work with less supervision.

- Show ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Be a Cambodia citizen and have a good background.

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation and strongly passion towards with the poor and social mission.

- Be respectful.

- Demonstrate sound professional ethics.

- Be compassion towards working and serving the poor.

- Full driving license.
