JOB DESCRIPTION

- Manage various departments in electricity distribution office such as technical, accounting, administration departments.

- Study & solve customer complaints regarding technical & payment issues.

- Prepare monthly & yearly budget requirements and manage expenses.

- Prepare the technical planning for electricity network expansion.

- Recruit, train and manage employees.

- Responsible for monthly & yearly financial & technical reports to top management

- Manage day-to-day operation of electricity distribution MV (22kV & LV 400/230V), line expansion & equipment installation, load monitoring, and restore power interruption & power quality issues and maintenance of distribution equipment’s.

- Make good relationship with customers, utility & authorities in Cambodia about electricity purchase, distribution & tariff matters.

- Monitor power losses and take measures to keep it within the limits.

- Project study MV & LV line, transformer & other equipment’s installation, review BOQ & Project timeline management.

- Purchase necessary tools & equipment has and manage inventory & assets.

- Manage customer meter readings & billings.

- Responsible for overall operation & income of electricity distribution within their zone.

- Follow up & manage account receivable, account payable, cashier, bookkeeping, and tax.

JOB REQUIREMENT

- At least bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.

- Should have minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

- Excellent verbal communications and written skills with the ability to research, design and document procedures, workflows and processes.

- Strong ability to lead, supervise, coordinate and evaluate employees

- Excellent judgement and ability to diagnose, problem-solve and handle complex issues under pressure or in emergency situations

- Strong computer literacy
