1.Assisting in establishing an operation and management structure suitable for comprehensive risk management, clarifying the division of responsibilities among the functional departments of comprehensive risk management, business departments and other departments in risk management, and establishing an operation mechanism for mutual coordination and effective checks and balances between departments;

2.Cooperate with the formulation of clear enforcement and accountability mechanisms to ensure that risk management strategies, risk preferences and risk limits are fully communicated and effectively implemented;

3.According to the bank's risk appetite, formulate risk limits, including but not limited to dimensions such as industry, region, customer, and product;

4. Assisting in formulating risk management policies and procedures, making regular assessments, and making adjustments when necessary;

5. Assess the overall risk and management status of various important risks, analyze relevant data, and produce an analysis report on risk control management

6.Various risk reports required for management to be submitted to the central bank, bank leaders, and department managers

7.Supervise the breach of risk appetite, risk limit and violation of risk management policies and procedures;

8.Assist the department manager in daily management of the department;

9.Other duties of risk management.

Education: master's degree or above, majors in mathematics, finance, financial engineering, economics, accounting, actuarial science, etc.

Language (required): English is required in Khmer, Chinese is better

Work experience: more than 8 years of banking experience, more than 5 years of risk management related experience

Skills: Be proficient in using office software

Certificate requirements: It is best to have relevant certificates for banking industry, and it is better to hold FRM CPA ACCA

Attitude: down-to-earth, serious and positive
