1. Fully responsible for manage all financial affairs of the bank.

2. According to the instructions of the board of directors, the bank's development goals. Develop a comprehensive management plan.

3. In accordance with the relevant legal requirements of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the regulations of the National Bank of Cambodia, and local accounting standards, establish the company's financial system and accounting policies.

4. Develop and improve the bank's financial work process.

5. Responsible for the preparation and review of various financial statements to ensure the accuracy of each financial statement.

6. In accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of Cambodia, carry out various financial tasks, complete the submission of various central bank statements on time and accurately, and maintain close contact with the central bank.

7. Complete related work according to the requirements of ABC, NAC or other financial industry organizations.

8. Strictly control various risk points in financial work, control risks through appropriate means, and avoid unnecessary economic losses.

9. Responsible for all kinds of tax work of the bank. Calculate, adjust and submit various taxes, standardize various tax work processes, and ensure accuracy and compliance.

10. Formulate monthly, quarterly, and annual expense budgets, strictly review and control various expense expenditures; reasonably control the bank's various operating costs.

11. Cooperate with the bank's internal audit department to complete the bank's financial internal audit work.

12. Cooperate with the compliance committee to complete the bank's compliance work.

13. Responsible for leading the bank's annual external audit work. Preparation, sorting, and review of audit materials to ensure the smooth passage of the annual audit work yearly.

14. Manage the bank ‘s fixed assets.

15. Assist in the control of various fund activities in the banking business process, cooperate with the asset management department in the work of business capital, and strictly control business risks.

16. Responsible for the organization of departmental talents, cultivate and develop suitable position talents, and organize departmental internal training on a regular basis.

17. Responsible for setting up various branches departmental structure, supervise and manage all the branches in the above-mentioned work responsibilities. Ensure that the head office and other branches meet the qualities requirement and target. Implement internal system.

18. Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Education level: Bachelor degree or above, degree in management, finance, finance, accounting related professional background

Language: Fluent in Chinese, English and Khmer

Work experience: 10 years or above financial work experience in banking industry

Skills: strong management ability; proficient in local accounting standards, tax laws and other economic laws;

Certificate requirements: financial related certificates are preferred

Attitude: friendly, positive, serious and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility
