Jobs Description

1. Common roles and responsibilities

To execute audit mission/actives by following the audit plan/audit program and prepared audit report with appropriate recommendation to improved internal controls in the company.


2. Detailed roles and responsibilities

2.1 Planning and Skills Management

A- Planning management tasks

• Prepared audit plan/schedule

• Develop and update audit policy and procedure to achieve audit objectives

• Design and initiate auditing programs and audit techniques to achieve audit objectives.

• Define fraud and design a plan to avoid fraud and implement it.


B- Professional Management Tasks

• Conduct risk assessment to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations on how to improve it.

• Performing audit activities following the Annual Audit Plan and make good relationship with auditees as well as audit team to achieved audit mission with fruitful audit results.

• Execute details audit procedure/programs including reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports and policies and procedure of accuracy and effectiveness.

• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures and Law, and recommendation to change or update in policy and procedures to increase efficiency the company operations if needed.

• Lead, direct, support, coaching and guide to audit staff and monitor work performance of audit staff.

• Completed audit working papers and ensure documentations are adequate to support audit findings

• Prepares audit report including audit findings together with roots cause and propose appropriate recommendation submit to Head of Audit.

• Follow up and support action plan, activities and result of Audit officer.

• Ensure, track and monitor appropriate follow-up actions, by follow up previous audit report to determine adequacy of corrective actions on time.


2.2 Human Resource Management in the relevant department

• Participate in good working relationships with audit team, other department and service providers, vendors and customers.

• Participate in share knowledge and problem solving to other with positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness.

3. Additional roles and responsibilities required

• Responsible for performing other duties as assigned or as required by the manager in charge.

• Responsible for resolving any crisis, problems that arise within the role, cases that cannot be resolved, must report to Head of Audit or the committee.

• Participate in maintaining and promoting the honor, reputation and reputation of the company.
