2.1 Planning and Skills Management

A- Planning development tasks

• Plan to develop web portal for take leave on web page. No paper use.

• Plan to develop pay way, to pay bill on online.

• Plan to manage the whole system.

B- Professional Management Tasks

• Develop and manage web portal in-house website to take annual leave easier.

• Develop Web Portal for using internal company.

• Develop and maintenance company’s website to ensure that it up to date.

• Manage and responsible with system to support to other department.

• Stand by for fix the issue of system

2.2 Human Resource Management in the relevant department

• Provide knowledge to subordinates at under levels and relevant skills to ensure full capacity to work in minutes with high efficiency.

• Participate in ethical education for all areas of expertise in the entire department to be physically, verbally, kindly and honestly, and be responsible in performing their respective roles and responsibilities.
