• Develop Design Strategies.

• Design managers typically manage a team of several designers, evaluating individual design deliverables and overall team performance.

• Deliver critical feedback where needed and encourage team members throughout the duration of a project.

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams. Present Design Ideas.

• Evaluates Design Performance.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Keep abreast of changes in business laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in fine arts, designing or equivalent experience.

• Must have 2 years of relevant working experience

• Knowledge of business operations and procedures

• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

• Organizational skills

• Self-directed, positive, adaptable and flexible team player.

• May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need.

• Must be able to work independently or with a team.

• Advanced level in Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

• Ability to operate Microsoft Windows, Mas OS & Office software.
