• Disassemble appliances so that problems can be diagnosed and repairs can be made.

• Troubleshoots electronics down to the component level to determine cause and remedy of any malfunction

• Service and repair electrical and/or gas appliances such as clothes washers, refrigerators, gas cooker, stoves, and dryers etc.

• Recognizes failures and set up problems, isolates problems, and takes appropriate action to resolve those problems

• Refer to schematic drawings, product manuals, and troubleshooting guides in order to diagnose and repair problems. Consult manufacturers' service manuals whenever applicable.

• Operates test and repair equipment’s and understand their use and function

• Work with Service manager or supervisor to provide repair cost estimates, and recommend whether appliance repair or replacement is a better choice

• Suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending improvements.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from Mechanical/Technical school or related field

• At least 2 years’ experience of service management

• Knowledgeable about Servicing, Maintenance, Electrical repair

• Strong commitment and good at interpersonal skill

• Good organizational skills

• Willing to Work under pressure
