RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:

Market Analysis

·      Conduct market analysis to identify market segments with new opportunities based on data insights and market research / surveys

·      Monitor the market for keeping track of collaborative and alternative offerings in the market

Product Development

·      Conduct research, consultation and analysis to support the Product Manager in developing product ideas and proposals that are driven by identified customer pain points and market needs

·      Research, consult, design and test new products and their specifications

·      Coordinate product development and management engagements with other business units

Product Roll out

·      Prepare product documentation and collaborate with marketing team to launch new products

·      Develop product briefing and usage materials, documents and trainings to business units

Product Monitoring

·      Collaborate with business units to receive feedback on existing products and support Product Manager in enhancing or adapting the products

Communication

·      Maintain regular and effective communication with internal departments to ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration

Other Duties

·      Other duties as assigned by supervisor

·      Take initiative in doing other tasks appropriately

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

·      Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, Information Management or related degree

·      Coursework on Statistics will be a strong plus

·      Knowledge of banking, microfinance, leasing and fintech landscape is highly preferable

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

·      Accuracy and attention to details

·      Ability to adapt and eagerness to learn in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment

·      Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality

·      Familiarity with online and offline research techniques

·      1-2 years experience in research, consulting or financial sector is preferable

·      Ability to work effectively in a team environment

·      Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
